Output formats​

  • Single image (PNG/TIFF) vs. OME-TIFF for multi-dimensional (Z, channels, tiles).
  • Metadata included (pixel size, channels, positions).

Where files are stored​

  • Default location; changing it; the File Manager.

Export to USB / network​

  • Copy to a USB device; any network options.
